REGISTRATION > Registration InformationRegistration starts on Monday 15 July 2025. The deadline for early bird registration is July 31st, 2025. The full fee will be applied after July 31st, 2025. To ensure your paper is included in the program, you must make registration by August 18th, 2025. The fee for attendance includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner. Early bird fee (Payment until July 31st, 2025)

The accompanying person fee: €100 (this fee is intended for the person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner, but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program) REGISTRATION PROCEDURE To register for the conference, please click ONLINE REGISTRATION, and then proceed to pay the appropriate registration fee either by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. If you encounter any technical issues, please contact us via email at icbfs2025@sciencesconf.org. PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES By Credit Cards: You will automatically get a ticket which will allow you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration. By Bank Transfer: You can contact icbfs.conference@gmail.com to provide you with the bank details. Please indicate "ICBFS2025-YOURNAME" as a reference and send proof of bank transfer to the same email. Bank charges have to be paid at your expense. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY 50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw before the registration deadline of August 18th, 2025. No refunds are available on or after that date. |
